SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wayjo.collectables@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
